OUR HISTORY 

In 1986 Perrysburg Title Agency, Inc. opened a real estate title office in Perrysburg, Ohio, serving the title needs of northwest Ohio. In 1999, Portage Valley Title, LLC was formed in Pemberville, Ohio to serve a similar need. Although these two companies had no relationship to one another, both were similarly operated and excelled at providing premium title services for residential consumers and commercial business transactions alike.

In April 2017, Portage Valley Title, LLC purchased Perrysburg Title Agency, Inc. and continued operations in the Perrysburg office. While both offices are now owned by Portage Valley Title, the Perrysburg office continues to operate with a dba designation of "Perrysburg Title."

This recent combination of two title companies into one has created over 50 years of experience and a large volume of prior search records allowing Portage Valley Title, LLC and Perrysburg Title to provide top notch service at a very competitive price.

Recent office technology upgrades allow these offices to provide efficient title services while maintaining the comfortable home-town feel and locations in both Pemberville and Perrysburg.
